Staging Consultations / Staging: The Stager will visit the property and meet with the owners. A walkthrough of the property will be done to assess the Staging needs of the property. A detailed report with recommendations will be prepared and presented to the owners and Realtor. Recommendations may include paint colours, furniture placement, a list of repairs that need to be done, along with tips of what can be done to keep the home looking its best at all times while on the market.

The property owners can then opt to do the work themselves or they can hire back the Stager to do the work with them or for them.
All hands-on Staging fees are based on individual properties and written quotes will be provided to the client upon their request.

Move-in Services : After the client has moved into their new home, a Stager can come and help with furniture and art placement, paint colours and help accessorize any rooms required.
